Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can Italian tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste (1 or 2 parts water)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 small chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    Mozzarella cheese
    4 pieces veal
Preparation
    Saute
    onion and garlic in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients (except
    cheese
    and
    veal)
    and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Pound
    thin the veal.
    Dip into egg, then bread crumbs.
    Fry
    until brown on both sides.
    Place veal in baking dish.
    Cover
    each\twith
    generous\tslice
    of cheese and spoon sauce over\teach
    piece.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
