Marshmallow Cream(No Refrigeration Needed) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/8 c. invert sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. dried egg whites
    1 1/8 c. invert sugar
    2 1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip first 2 ingredients at low speed.
    Heat next 2 ingredients to approximately 210\u00b0.
    Add heated mixture to the beaten egg whites and whip again on high speed until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla.
    Store in covered container.
    Use in any recipe calling for Marshmallow Cream.
