Fresh Rhubarb Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rhubarb
    1 to 1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all together but bread crumbs.
    Layer mixture and bread crumbs in baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, covered. Uncover; bake for 10 minutes longer and brown.
