Lemon Thyme Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation

In a blender whip the cottage cheese.
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
Serve with fish or vegetables such as baked potatoes.
Or add 2 tablespoons more skim milk and serve as a salad dressing.
Yields 1/2 cup.
