Creamy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 small to medium potatoes
1/2 to 1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 to 1/2 c. margarine, softened
dash of salt
dash of paprika (optional)
chopped parsley or chives (optional)
Preparation

Wash potatoes.
Leave skins on.
Quarter potatoes.
Heat 1 inch water to boiling.
Add potatoes.
Cover and bring to boil, cook 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes are soft with fork prick.
Remove from stove.
Slowly beat in milk and butter.
Add salt.
Sprinkle prepared potatoes with paprika and chopped parsley or chives for added flavor and color.
Serves 6 to 8.
