Grilled Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/2 lb.) flank steak
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. red wine (optional)
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine oil and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Pour over steak.
    Cover.
    Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours. Drain steak, reserving marinade.
    Grill to desired doneness, basting twice with marinade.
    Discard remaining marinade.
