Valentine Strawberry Bavarian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. ice water
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced and sweetened strawberries
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (10-inch) angel food cake or 2 small ones
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add ice water.
Chill until slightly congealed and beat until light and fluffy.
Drain berries, reserving juice for glaze.
Fold berries and whipped cream to jello mixture. Rub brown from angel food cake and tear cake into pieces.
Alternate cake and gelatin mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Chill until firm.
Drizzle glaze over all.
