Peach Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. peach Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine Jell-O, pineapple and sugar in saucepan.
Cook over low heat until Jell-O and sugar are dissolved.
Remove from heat. Blend in buttermilk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish which has been greased with mayonnaise.
