Lemon Sauce For Pie Or Over Desserts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar or NutraSweet
    1/4 c. lemon or lime juice (fresh of bottled)
    3 egg yolks
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    cherries, nuts, chocolate, etc.
Preparation
    Chop cherries, nuts, chocolate, etc.
    Gradually add boiling water to sugar or NutraSweet, lemon or lime juice and egg yolks. Cook until thick.
    Pour into baked pie shell or graham cracker shell and whip \"egg whites\".
    Spread on top and bake until egg white browns.
    Sprinkle on chopped cherries or etc.
    Refrigerate until set and serve.
