Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. soda
2 c. applesauce
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves

Preparation

Mix sugar and butter.
Add eggs and flour.
Add spices.
Mix soda with applesauce, then add to flour mixture.
Add raisins and nuts.
Bake in tube or loaf pan at 225\u00b0.
