Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. beef brisket
    1 onion, sliced
    red wine to cover
    flour to make gravy
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 can small white cooked onions
    1 can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Place brisket in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour red wine over it and onion, sliced.
    Cook about 6 to 7 hours at 300\u00b0, covered, until tender.
    Cool overnight.
    Slice thinly.
    Reserve juice.
