Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3 to 4 c. zucchini, peeled and cut up
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano or to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and add onion and cut up zucchini. Cook until barely tender.
    Add tomato sauce, tomato soup and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Immediately pour into casserole dish. Place tomato slices on top of casserole.
    Sprinkle grated cheese over tomatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Sprinkle with French fried onions and return to oven for 5 minutes.
