Easy Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    4 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 1/2 c. hot water
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. salt
    10 to 12 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 chopped nuts (optional)
    4 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. hot water
Preparation
    Combine hot water, yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Mix until dissolved; set aside.
    Combine 3 1/2 c. hot water, margarine, 1 cup sugar and salt.
    Mix until melted.
    Cool to lukewarm and add to yeast mixture.
    Beat in enough flour to make a thick, but still sticky dough, not stiff enough to knead.
    Place in greased bowl, grease top, and let rise until double in size.
    Sprinkle flour on counter and roll dough into a rectangle 8 x 42-inches, 1/2-inch thick.
    Spread 1/3 cup melted butter over dough.
    Mix 2 1/2 cups brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoon ground cinnamon and 3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional) and sprinkle over dough.
    Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
    Place in 6 (8 or 9-inch) cake pans. Let rise until double again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
    Do not overbake.
