Shish Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak or stew meat, cut into cubes
    3 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
    2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 large red onion, cut into wedges and separated
    12 large mushrooms, cut into quarters
    2 cubes butter
Preparation
    Cut listed ingredients and put into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Melt 2 cubes butter on low heat in saucepan.
    Pour over veggies and meat.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Broil for 30 minutes.
