Cousin Ruby'S Easy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
3 eggs
1 stick oleo, melted (that's butter for you Northeners)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until done.
