Out-Of-This-World Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped roasted peanuts
1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 lb. box graham crackers, crushed fine

Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar together. Add eggs; beat well. Add cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut.
Stir in baking powder, then add milk; mix well. Butter and flour four 9-inch cake pans. Divide batter among them.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
