Sweet Potato Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 whole eggs
    2 eggs, divided
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    pinch of salt
    graham cracker crust
    marshmallows
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream potatoes and sugar together.
    Add milk, cinnamon, salt, whole eggs and egg yolks to mixture.
    Stir well.
    Add cream cheese and mix again.
    Beat egg whites in a separate bowl and then fold into potato mixture.
    Pour into crust and top with marshmallows.
    Cook 30 to 40 minutes.
