Escalloped Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. quartered onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cracker or bread crumbs
    melted butter
Preparation
    Cook onions in salted water until tender.
    Drain and put in a buttered baking dish.
    Make a white sauce with the butter, flour and salt.
    Sprinkle with crumbs and melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in preheated oven.
