Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add molasses and egg.
    Beat well. Stir in dry ingredients.
    Rol into small balls.
    Dip each ball in sugar and bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
