Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder and set aside.
Beat egg whites until foamy and set aside.
Mix egg yolks, oil, vanilla and milk.
Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture and beat for 3 minutes.
Gently fold in egg whites.
Pour 3/4 c. batter into prepared waffle iron.
Makes about 48 waffles.
