Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. margarine or butter
    12 oz. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Form sausage into 100 (1-inch) balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Combine 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese (softened or grated), margarine or butter, flour, salt and paprika. Wrap 2 tablespoons (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball. Freeze at this point, if desired. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
