Mashed Potato Donuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
 
3 c. white sugar
2 Tbsp. melted shortening
1 c. milk
5 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
5 c. sifted flour
Preparation
- 
                            Mix in order given.
 
Roll out and cut.
Deep fat fry at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
