Ingredients

2 c. diagonally sliced carrots
1 medium sliced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation

Boil carrots for 10 minutes.
Drain all of the water.
Add the onion, margarine, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until tender.
