Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oatmeal
whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
raisins (optional)
1 egg
buttermilk
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. honey
Preparation

Place oatmeal in blender.
Blend until a fine powder.
Measure and add enough flour to make 2 cups.
Mix oatmeal-flour mixture with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Break egg into cup.
Add enough buttermilk until cup is full.
Place this mixture, oil and honey in blender.
Blend.
Add flour mixture.
Blend again.
