Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cold coffee
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan or use batter for about 20 cupcakes.
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    The batter will be thin.
    Bake the cake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
    Cupcakes will take about 15 to 20 minutes. This batter is too rich to bake as a layer cake.
