Homemade Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    8 oz. Wesson oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Put egg in bowl; add all other ingredients except oil and water.
    Mix with electric mixer on medium.
    Turn mixer to high; slowly add oil a little at a time until mixture begins to thicken. Remaining oil can then be added faster.
    When all oil has been added, add boiling water and mix thoroughly.
