Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/3 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, diced or finely sliced
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix oil, eggs (add one at a time), flour, sugar, vanilla, apples, nuts and cinnamon, then bake in a tube pan that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
