Liverwurst Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. smoked liver sausage
1 small pkg. cream cheese (5 oz.)
3 hard-boiled eggs
5 tsp. chopped onions, fine
5 Tbsp. salad dressing or mayonnaise

Preparation

Chop up liver sausage.
Blend in cream cheese.
Chop up eggs, very fine.
Blend eggs in with salad dressing.
When thoroughly mixed, add onions.
Chill; serve with party rye bread or Triscuits.
