Sausage Oven Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 oz. Brown 'N Serve sausage links
1 c. pancake mix
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped apple

Preparation

Brown sausage.
In mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, spices, milk and eggs.
Mix until batter is smooth; add apple.
Pour into well-greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Arrange sausage on top.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve with maple syrup.
Makes 5 servings.
