Potato Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large baking potatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Bake scrubbed and pricked potatoes for approximately 1 hour or microwave 15 minutes on High.
Cut potatoes in half and scoop centers in bowl with butter.
Save potato shells. Mash potatoes and beat until fluffy.
Add cheese, sour cream, chives and bacon; season to taste.
Fill shells with mixture and bake 20 minutes or microwave 5 minutes on High.
