Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 green peppers
    12 onions
    12 red peppers
    4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 oz. mustard seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In food processor, grind peppers and onions.
    Scald with boiling water.
    Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed and salt.
    Simmer for 1/2 hour.
    Pour into scalded jars and seal tight.
