Chicken Livers Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound chicken livers
    2 tablespoon butter
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    dash pepper
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1/2 cup extra dry vermouth
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken livers.
    Brown livers in butter in chafing dish or skillet.
    Add salt, pepper, parsley, and Vermouth. Simmer 10 minutes.\tServe in chafing dish with toothpicks.\tServes 8-10.
