Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fine egg noodles (less than 2 c.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
a little cheese (about 3/4 c.)
1 small can water packed tuna, drained
crumbs for top
Preparation

Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until tender.
Add the evaporated milk to soup a little at a time, stirring constantly until smooth.
Add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
Add drained noodles and tuna fish.
Mix well.
Place in buttered casserole (2 quart).
Sprinkle crumbs over top and bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 25 to 30 minutes.
