Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/3 c. gold tequila
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. Triple Sec liqueur or other orange liqueur
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine lime juice, tequila, olive oil, Triple Sec and garlic.
    Add the chicken, turning to coat with marinade.
    Cover and let stand at room temperature, turning once or twice more, for two hours.
    Position rack in upper third of oven and preheat to 400\u00b0.
    Remove chicken from marinade and arrange on a jelly roll pan.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Bake chicken, basting occasionally with marinade, until done.
    Takes approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
