Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 c. potatoes
12 eggs, hard-boiled
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook and shred potatoes; cool.
Put potatoes, eggs, onions and celery in large bowl.
Mix rest of ingredients; pour over potatoes. Mix well.
Let set overnight.
