Baked Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onoin
    1/4 lb. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
    2 egg whites or egg substitute to equal 1 egg
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dill weed (fresh if possible)
    1 c. bread crumbs or oat bran cereal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
    Spray with Pam a meat loaf pan large enough to accommodate the mixture.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Cut in slices and serve four with potatoes and vegetable of your choice.
