Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and bell pepper in 1 stick butter. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, adding butter and sauteed vegetables. Spray a large casserole dish and pour mixture in. (Can crumble Ritz crackers on top.)
    Bake for 30 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
