Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 cup (5 oz. can) evaporated milk
    2 tbsp. onion soup mix
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    2 tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    In a 1 or 1 1/2 qt. loaf dish combine ground beef, milk, soup mixture and salt:
    Mix well.
    Mixture will be very moist.
    Press evenly in pan.
    Combine brown sugar, mustard and catsup; spoon over top of meat. Cook in microwave covered with wax paper, seven minutes or until done.
    Let stand 5 minutes before removing to serving platter and slicing 3 - 4 servings.
