Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked and mashed yellow squash
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except cracker crumbs and margarine.
    Mix the cracker crumbs and margarine together.
    Put on top.
    Put in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
