Spaghetti Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. American or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and place in buttered casserole.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add flour and milk.
    Stir slowly until it thickens. Add salt and pepper.
    Cut cheese into cubes and scatter over spaghetti.
    Cover top with bread crumbs.
    Pour sauce over all. Bake in moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
