Shrimp Curry Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken stock or canned chicken broth
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onions
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green pepper
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 drops Tabasco sauce
    4 tsp. curry powder
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice, cooked
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Add chicken stock and cook until thickened and set aside.
    In saucepan, saute vegetables in 1/4 cup butter until soft.
    Add seasonings (dissolve curry powder in a little water first).
