Hungarian Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Adolph's 1 hour stew mix
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
    3/4 c. beef broth
    2/3 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
    pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    cooked egg noodles, buttered
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan, evenly sprinkle stew mix over meat. Pierce with a fork.
    Let stand 2 minutes.
    Add broth, water, onion, tomato paste and seasonings.
    Simmer, covered, 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add sour cream.
    Heat through.
    Do not boil.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
