Corn Bread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. crumbled corn bread
3 c. crumbled loaf bread
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 sticks margarine
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
Preparation

Melt one stick of margarine and add onion and celery.
Cook until tender. Add to bread crumbs and seasoning.
Stir in beaten eggs.
Add enough broth to make dressing very moist.
Bake at 400\u00b0 in a well-greased pan.
Right before dressing gets brown, melt stick of margarine and pour over dressing.
Cook until brown.
