Breakfast Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
6 beaten eggs or egg substitute
2 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. each black pepper and dry mustard
Preparation

Trim crusts off bread and butter one side.
Place bread, buttered side down, in baking dish or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded sharp cheese, then Jack cheese.
Sprinkle chopped green chilies over cheese.
Beat eggs, add milk, salt, black pepper and dry mustard.
Beat until well blended and pour over bread-cheese.
Sprinkle on paprika.
Refrigerate overnight (this is a must).
Bake uncovered 50 minutes at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0. Allow to set 10 minutes before serving.
