Apple Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    sugar and cinnamon (for apples)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and add egg.
    Peel 10 or 12 apples and arrange slices in buttered 7 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with sugar and cinnamon.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle crumbly mixture on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
