Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 small c. cream-style corn (8 3/4 oz.)
    1 1/2 jalapeno pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Kraft cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour half the batter into a greased skillet.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of this.
    Add rest of batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour.
