Venison Goulash(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison
    6 c. cooked elbow or shell macaroni
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, halved
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Saute venison, onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in oil until onions are transparent.
    Add tomatoes, sauce and seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add macaroni.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes until bubbly.
