Peanut Butter Crunchies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. corn syrup
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    6 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine corn syrup and brown sugar.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat.
    Add peanut butter; stir until well mixed.
    Add Rice Krispies until well coated.
    Using buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Cut into squares when cooled.
    Yields 24 squares.
