Norma'S Broiled Crab Meltaways - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 English muffins or a couple bags mini bagels
7 oz. can crab meat
1 stick (4 oz.) margarine, softened
7 oz. jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation

Halve muffins; cut each half into quarters.
If using mini bagels, just separate halves.
Arrange pieces on cookie sheets. Drain and rinse crab meat.
Mix all ingredients and spread on muffins or bagels.
Freeze thoroughly.
Can keep for weeks or months.
When ready to serve, broil until bubbly and slightly browned (3 to 5 minutes).
