White Chip Island Blondies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. + 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large egg
    6 oz. white morsels
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (may use Macadamia nuts)
    1/2 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
    Beat sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy.
    Beat in egg.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture.
    Stir in morsels, nuts and coconut.
    Press into a 9-inch square pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
